Nasonex is indicated for:
- Treatment of seasonal, year-round allergic rhinitis in children from 2 years, adults, adolescents;
- Treatment of acute mild and moderately severe rhinosinusitis without symptoms of a bacterial infection in adults and children from 12;
- Relief of exacerbations of chronic sinusitis in adults, including the elderly, in children from 12 years of age (used in conjunction with antibacterial therapy as an adjunct);
- Prevention of seasonal allergic rhinitis heavy, moderate flow (held 2-4 weeks before the flowering season).

Dosing and Administration
Nasonex is administered intranasally.
Treatment of allergic rhinitis (seasonal or year-round):
For children from 12 years of age and adults - 2 injections into each nostril once / day (dose - 200 µg), as the desired therapeutic effect is achieved, the dose is reduced to supporting - 1 injection into both nostrils, or 100 µg each.
In case of severe course or absence of positive dynamics, the dose can be increased up to 400 µg / day (4 injections in each nostril).
Children aged 2-11 years - 1 injection in both nostrils once a day (total dose - 100 µg). The effect of the drug Nasonex is noted already after the first use, during the first 12 hours.
Auxiliary treatment of acute sinusitis, treatment of chronic sinusitis in the acute phase:
Children from 12 years old and adults - 2 injections twice / day (total dose for both nostrils - 400 mcg). The dosage, if necessary, can be increased to 4 injections in both nostrils twice / day (total dose - 800 mcg). As symptoms decrease, the dose also decreases.
Treatment of nasal polyposis:

Rules of use of the drug
